Systemic Therapies
I am a fully registered Integrative therapist with BACP and COSRT. I draw on Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches and use CBT where appropriate. I provide clients all over the UK with a wide range of therapeutic services both online and face-to-face. I am a qualified and registered relationship, individual and family therapist. I have 20 years experience working with young people and 4 years working therapeutically with adults, relationships and young people.
I have experience of working with divorce/separation, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, abuse, depression, bereavement, self-harm/suicidal feelings, neurodiversity, sex/sexuality, identity, fertility, emotional-based school refusal, relationships including polyamory/LGBTQIA+ and communication issues.
My goal is to help you understand yourself and your relationships and better communicate your needs.
I am also committed to offering positive affirmation regarding GSERD/LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity and have trained with Anna Freud on their NATP (National Autism Trainer) programme.

Individual Therapy
Client-centred therapy
If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy sessions with a registered member of BACP and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) then you’ve come to the right place. I use a combination of Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches to help explore past and present contexts and their impact on mental health. Interventions are tailored collaboratively to help change attitudes to life’s most complex matters. I have experience of working with trauma, PTSD, abuse, complex bereavement, fertility issues, GSERD, identity and sexuality, attachment, destructive relational patterns, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal feelings.
Family Therapy
A safe space
As a BACP and COSRT registered therapist, I am qualified to offer family therapy. In sessions, we work together to solve patterns of relating and improve communication and relationships. I will help you re-frame your relationships and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I have experience of truama, abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, GSERD relationships such as polyamory/LGBTQIA+, coercive relationships, neurodiversity, school refusal, self-harm and suicidal feelings.
Relationship Therapy
Communication is key
I work with a variety of relationship configurations to help clients develop positive communication and explore challenging patterns of relating. I collaboratively work to understand contexts and challenges and my interventions promote change in communication. I have experience of a hugely diverse range of relationship configurations, GSERD such as polyamory/LGBTQIA+ and identity, bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, PTSD, coercion and domestic violence*, suicide and separation/divorce.
*Please note that I cannot work with couples where there are outstanding court proceedings for domestic abuse or violence.

I have COSRT and BACP registration and qualified QTS status and over 20 years experience of working with young people. I use client-centred methods to help explore emotions and develop new attitudes towards life’s most complex matters. I have experience in working with young people with trauma, PTSD, abuse, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, GSERD/LGBTQIA+, Gender dysphoria, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, attachment and identity issues.
